Consul-General Harada and Okayama City Council delegation’s visit to Pune

On January 20th and 21st, Consul-General Harada and Okayama City Council delegation led by Speaker Masahiko URAKAMI visited Pune. The delegation along with Consul-General Harada had a meeting with the Mayor of Pune, Honorable Mr. Murlidhar Mohol and later visited the Pune-Okayama Friendship Garden. In view of promoting economic exchanges between India and Japan, the delegation had discussions with members of TiE Pune & dinner with members of IJBC. They also paid a visit to the office of Fujitsu Consulting India.
The visit was very successful owing to the efforts and cooperation of many people like Mr. Vineet Patni – former President, TiE Pune; Mr. Shrikant Atre – President, Indo-Japan Business Council; Mr. Sameer Khale – President, Association of Friends of Japan; and the staff from Fujitsu Consulting India.
Consul-General Harada held a welcome reception for the Okayama City Council delegation.
