Talk on Japanese Language Education in the context of India-Japan Relations by Professor Ashok Kumar Chawla

Professor Ashok Kumar Chawla, Advisor (Japan), Ministry of External Affairs (MEA), gave a talk on the importance of Japanese Language Education in the context of India-Japan Relations to Japanese language teachers in Mumbai and Pune. This was the first time such a talk was held at the Consulate. Around 15 teachers from various institutions in Mumbai and Pune attended this talk. Participants were grateful to have a fruitful, interesting and interactive session by Prof. Chawla.
 
Using this opportunity, Prof. Chawla also met with board members of the Japanese Association and listened to the issues faced and measures being planned by the member companies of the Association.
