Consul-General Dr. FUKAHORI’s attendance to Kikkoman India Cooking Contest

On 7th February, Consul-General Dr. FUKAHORI attended the Kikkoman India Cooking Contest held at the Institute of Hotel Management, Catering Technology & Applied Nutrition (IHMCTAN) as a judge. The purpose of the contest is to promote understanding of the characteristics of Kikkoman Honjozo soy sauce and using it in cooking. The competing teams prepared three-course meal using Kikkoman Honjozo soy sauce, and competed for recipe ideas and cooking techniques.
