On 21st December, Consul General Dr. FUKAHORI held a ceremony at the Consul General's official residence to present this year’s (2022) Foreign Minister's Commendation to Mrs. Nalini Doongursee, former President of the Bombay Chapter of the Ohara School of Ikebana.
The award to Mrs. Doongursee was presented by the Minister of Foreign Affairs in recognition of her longstanding contribution to mutual understanding and friendship between India and Japan and to the spread of Japanese culture through Ikebana.
