Ikebana Exhibition (29-30 September)

On 29th and 30th September, the Consulate-General of Japan in Mumbai and Ikebana International Mumbai Chapter organised an Ikebana exhibition and workshop at the Juhu Gymkhana Club.
A total of 75 Ikebana arrangements by Ikebana International Mumbai Chapter members were displayed at the exhibition. Visitors were able to enjoy a variety of arrangements, both large and small, at this event.
In addition, Mrs. Taruna Agarwal (President, Ikebana International Mumbai Chapter who was recently decorated with the Order of the Rising Sun, Gold and Silver Rays) organised a workshop conducted by a member of Ikebana International Mumbai Chapter. Participants were able to express their own style through their Ikebana arrangements taught by the instructor.
