2025 Spring Conferment of Decorations on Mr. Sumit Mullick

On 29th April, the Government of Japan announced the foreign recipients of the 2025 Spring Conferment of Decorations. Mr. Sumit Mullick – Former Chief Secretary, Maharashtra State, is among this year’s foreign recipients. Mr. Sumit Mullick will receive the Order of the Rising Sun, Gold and Silver Rays in recognition of his contribution to strengthening of bilateral relations and the promotion of friendship and mutual understanding between Japan and India.
The Consulate General of Japan in Mumbai has the honour to pay tribute to Mr. Sumit Mullick for his distinguished service on the occasion of the conferral.
