On September 1st, Consul-General Dr. FUKAHORI visited Dr. Vipin Sharma, Chief Executive Officer, Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation, and discussed with Dr. Sharma about the importance of improving environment for smooth business activities by Japanese companies. Dr. Sharma who accompanied Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Fadnavis's visit to Japan in August expressed admiration to the splendor of Japan's well-developed public transportation system and the beauty of Japan's cityscapes.
