On 19th July, Consul-General Dr. FUKAHORI hosted a ceremony to felicitate Mrs. Taruna Agarwal, President of Ikebana International Mumbai Chapter, on receiving the Decoration of the Order of the Rising Sun, Gold and Silver Rays.
Mrs. Agarwal was conferred with the Order of the Rising Sun, Gold and Silver Rays, in recognition of her outstanding contribution to promoting Ikebana in India and Friendly Relations between Japan and India.
