Mr. Yoshiaki Ito, Consul-General of Japan in Mumbai, Mr. Vijaypal Thakur, honourable Member of Legislative Assembly of Government of Madhya Pradesh, Director of Dalit Sangh, distinguished guests, and the beneficiaries, total about 100 people attended the inauguration. Mr. Thakur, Member of Legislative Assembly of MP, extended his gratitude for the assistance from the people and government of Japan. This newly constructed centre will assist marginalized communities to develop their vocational skills in order to improve their livelihood and living conditions.

Mr. Ito appreciated Dalit Sangh’s contribution to the development of the local societies for over the decades. Mr. Ito also expressed the hope that the assistance provided by Japan would improve the socio-economic condition of the people and strengthen the friendship between India and Japan.
