VAMA has been actively working for the betterment of the women of the region. Mr. I.B.Verma, director of VAMA expressed his thanks for the support from the government of Japan.Mr. Yoshiaki Ito, Consul-General of Japan in Mumbai emphasized their mission of the organisation matches the GGP scheme and the importance of the skill development of the rural women.The nursing skill training at this institute provides required knowledge and skills to rural youth to serve as skilled personnel in the local public health care field.
