Hospital with Gynecology, Pediatrics, and general medicine departments was set up in Danta of Banaskantha district, Gujarat where the maternal and infant mortality rate has been very high. The hospital provides diagnosistic facilities with treatment and conducts safe delivelies with affordable rate which are not easily available in the block. Mr. Rasamana, director of the Navdeep Pragati Yuvak Mandal expressed his gratitude for the awaited support from the Government of Japan. It was reported that there have been no loss of lives in deliveries after the hospital was inaugurated in June 2013.
