Heartfelt Thanks to the Condolence and Sympathy in Response to the Earthquake in Japan

The Consulate General of Japan, Mumbai is truly grateful to receive numerous messages of heartfelt condolences and deep sympathy from the friends and the people of India as well as from the members of the Consular Corps in Mumbai since the occurrence of the earthquake in Japan on 11th March, 2011.

The Government of Japan has been devoting all its best efforts to search and rescue the people in affected areas, and to address this unprecedented disaster under the leadership of Prime Minister H.E. Mr. Naoto Kan.
