Chief Consul Mr. Sato’s attendance to Japanese Language Speech Contest in Mumbai

On 13th November, Chief Consul, Mr. SATO Masahide attended the 41st Japanese Language Speech Contest in Mumbai jointly organized by the Consulate-General of Japan in Mumbai and the Indo-Japanese Association Mumbai.
Mr. SATO, in his speech at the beginning, said that although learning a new language was extremely difficult, it enriches one’s life. And although the manner of learning has changed greatly due to the pandemic last year making it difficult to continue one’s studies, he hoped that students would continue learning Japanese language and become a bridge between India and Japan.
The 1st 3 winners of the junior and senior group of this contest will participate in the West Zone Japanese Language Speech Contest held in Pune.
